Returns & Refunds Policy

Return Eligibility

Our return policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase and you have not informed us of any issues with your order, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

• Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

• It must be in the original packaging.

• You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Additional non-returnable items:

• Gift cards

• Downloadable software products

• Selected health and personal care items

The Return Process

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. To initiate a return, you must contact our customer service department. All returns must be shipped using the specific return label provided by our customer service team. Returns sent without our authorized label may not be processed.

Refunds & Fees

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Restocking Fee: All approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your final refund amount.

Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will not be included in your credit.

Processing: If approved, your refund (minus the restocking fee) will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

Partial Refunds

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

• Products with obvious signs of use.

• Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

• Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at customerservice@beloved63.com to receive instructions and a return shipping label.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Gifts

• If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

• If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will send the refund to the gift giver.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

1. Check your bank account again.

2. Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

3. Contact your bank, as there is often processing time before a refund is posted.

4. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at customerservice@beloved63.com.

Shipping & Liability

It is the purchaser's sole responsibility to ensure the order is insured. Any shipped and uninsured packages will not qualify for a replacement, refund, store credit, or reimbursement of any kind. It is the purchaser's responsibility to file and manage claims using our third-party vendor.

Note: Any chargebacks filed will result in a $25 charge from our store in addition to any applicable damages.
